1:1 Ayurveda & Bodywork Therapy: The Ultimate Holistic Approach to Personalized Care
My methods help your body to remember how to heal all on it's own. Here's how it works...
1. I ask you questions.
(Lots and lots of questions.) It's essential to get a holistic picture of who you are physically, emotionally, and energetically. I want to get to know you. This helps us begin to understand why you may be having certain experiences and to determine which practices, tools, and modalities will be uniquely suitable for you and supportive of your wellness goals.
2. We do some bodywork on the table.
The main modalities I use in my practice are CranioSacral Therapy, MyoFascial Release, and Massage Therapy. I may also incorporate Reflexology, Marma Therapy, and Reiki during the bodywork portion of our sessions. As an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor, I use my understanding of this ancient "Life Knowledge" to tailor my approach to your personal needs, every time.
3. I give you insights & tools to support you between sessions.
The work we do together continues even after you leave. My recommendations are tailored to you with the intent of helping you deeply integrate the bodywork and conversations between one session and the next. I may offer dietary advice, routine-building suggestions, breathwork exercises, yoga asana practices, etc. With anything I recommend to you for support between sessions, I take your whole self into account (body, mind, and spirit) so I can structure your wellness plans to be as pertinent as possible.
