Ava Leben Wentzel Shively is a Licensed Massage Therapist (Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage, 2018) and an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor (Saraswati Institute of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy, 2024). She specializes in MyoFascial and CranioSacral bodywork techniques as well as full-spectrum holistic gut health support.

Ava's approach to helping clients achieve wellbeing includes subtlety, reflection, and deep listening. Her goal is to help others digest experiences that are lingering, unprocessed, in the body and mind.
